Definitions
The Company ‘Business on Fire’. All events run by Gemma Sharples, Business (Biz) on Fire Ltd are contained within the 'Company' Business of Fire, Company No. 11485053.
All references within this document to the provision of events will be made with and in relation to, by the 'Company'. All references within this document to the purchasing
of goods or services will be made in relation to and by, the ‘Buyer’.
Your Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By registering for the seminar, event, training or purchasing the program at any one of our locations you, (“The Buyer”) signify your acceptance of and obligations to
these terms and conditions. If you have any objections to the following terms and conditions, you should not register for, or attend, the seminar or purchase the program.
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in Gemma Sharples events/seminars including, the Business on Fire events conducted
by the ‘Company’.
Buyers conduct
The Company requires buyers to be professional and respectful at all times. This includes our staff, location hosts, speakers and other buyers and their guests or families,
throughout the seminar, during non scheduled downtime and breaks. The company reserves the right to ask buyers and/or their guests to leave the conference
room/venue immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, or unprofessional, including being intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In
such a case, the buyer's tuition/fees for the seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any company advertised bonuses or qualify
for company satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.
Inclusions & Exclusions
12 Months Mentorship (LIVE EVENT or ZOOM IN THE ROOM) includes; all course content © and materials required to complete the course and excludes; overnight accommodation.
Mergers and Acquisitions training (LIVE EVENT or ZOOM IN THE ROOM) includes; course content ©, and materials required to complete the course and excludes; overnight
accommodation.
Coaching Training (any level as offered - LIVE EVENT or ZOOM IN THE ROOM) includes; course content ©, and materials required to complete the course and excludes; overnight
accommodation
The 'Company' takes no responsibility for special dietary or allergic requirements, for any food provided at events. The ‘Buyer’ is obligated / responsible to notify us of any personal /
specific needs.
Disclaimers
By law the Company can only guarantee your satisfaction with our training, not your results. Our seminars and programmes are for your educational and informational
purposes only. The Company makes no guarantees that you will do well, achieve any results or make any money from our information, and offers no professional, legal,
therapeutic, or financial advice. Training cannot replace or substitute for services of certified professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, health, or
legal matters. The Company does not purport anything we do or teach as a “get rich quick scheme”, and any financial numbers outlined in our training are examples,
opinions and illustrations, and thus should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for your actual future performance. There can be no assurance
that any prior successes, or past results, as to income earnings, can be used as an indication of your or anyone’s future success or results. Check with your accountant,

By signing these terms and conditions you understand fully that all and any financial investment examples and guidance given during all or any training provided by the
'Company' may not have been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and that any such content may not conform to rules issued by the FCA. You also
understand that you may lose significant rights such as; you have no right to complain to either the Financial Conduct Authority; or the Financial Ombudsman Scheme. You
may have no right to seek compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. You accept you are solely responsible to seek advice from a professional who
specialises in advising on financial investments before you decide to commit. The 'Company' takes no responsibility for any part of your investment choices.
Liability waiver
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by registering for our seminars or programmes, you agree not to attempt to
hold the Company liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. You agree that our company is not responsible for the success or
failure of your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company, or our company products or services, and you specifically release the Company,
Gemma Sharples, or our representatives or contractors from liability for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the
information or strategies communicated through our seminars, programs, materials, websites, or any services provided prior to or following this program, even if advised of
the possibility of such damages or caused by negligence of the Company or its representatives. Buyer hereby accepts all risks to his or her business and health excluding
personal injury or death that may result from the Company's negligence whilst the buyer has been participating in the Seminar and Program of training & events.
Payment terms
These are generally paid in full to the 'Company' prior to the event or payment over an agreed instalment plan. The overall price must be paid including any final instalment
before the date of the event. If you are paying by instalments then payments must be made in full, seven clear working days before attending an event, ‘‘when specified’ or
under exceptional circumstances be sufficiently far ahead (first agreed in writing).
Consequences of failure to pay.
If payment is not made within the time limits set out above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Business on Fire Ltd to treat the contract as at an end,
and reallocate the bookings and/or tickets without notice to another client. In the event of the Company treating the contracts as at an end, the Company shall be entitled
to retain all sums already paid by the client, and the balance, if any, of the price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to the Company. This is
without prejudice to the Company rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Biz on Fire Ltd. A late payment or forfeiture fee will be charged
at 1% per month for the outstanding amount, once deemed as ‘late’ and until the balance is paid in full.
Cancellation or variations by the client
We do not accept cancellations or issue any refunds as a personal ticket / place / seat is specifically reserved in the buyer's name which comes from Sale of Goods Act
1979 & the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982. The Consumer Credit Act 1974 relates to contracts entered into by sole traders and or partnerships. Your chosen date
must be confirmed and attendance registered within 14 days of purchase. If no confirmation is received then after this time your ticket is void. Under certain reasonable
circumstances, a request (In writing) to change the date once will be considered by the 'Company' and at its sole discretion. If agreed, further changes will be subject to a
£500 administration fee, payable immediately. All variations are subject to availability, and at the discretion of the 'Company' Biz on Fire Ltd.
Force majeure In this Clause "Event of Force Majeure" means an event beyond the ‘Company’s’ control and covers a wide range of events that give rise to excused
performance such as; Acts of God, hurricanes, earthquakes and other natural disasters, epidemics or quarantines. It requires that payment obligations continue even in the
case of an event. The Contract Period or term shall be extended by a period of time which allows the contract to be fulfilled or met.
Alterations to advertise packages
All advertised packages are subject to availability. Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any packages may be altered or dates
changed either before or after confirmation of the booking. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking, Biz on
Fire Ltd accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, Biz on Fire Ltd agrees to use endeavours as it
considers to be reasonable, to make alternative packages available.
